Q – HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW JEWELLERY?

A – All of our jewellery requires care – to avoid tarnishing & marking the jewellery please try best to avoid direct contact with water, soap, creams, perfumes or any other chemicals.

The wood jewellery is sealed with acrylic varnish but please avoid direct contact with water, water, soap, creams, perfumes or any other chemicals.

Please remove jewellery prior to bathing, exercising and sleeping.

Silver jewellery can be cleaned using a silver polishing cloth.

Keep jewellery stored in a soft pouch or box (supplied).

Q – HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

A – For UK orders, orders are shipped 1st class via Royal Mail within 3-5 business days.

EU – Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Standard Delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days for your item to arrive.

Other Locations – Orders are shipped Royal Mail Standard Airmail and can take from 1 week to 4 weeks to arrive depending on your location.

A – Yes we do. However, international orders may be subject to custom taxes, local duties, and handling charges, which are the responsibility of you the customer.

Q – HOW WILL MY JEWELLERY ARRIVE?

A – All our jewellery is presented in a branded gift box. We won’t include any prices inside your gift order, but please note if you are sending to any country outside of the E.U by law we have to declare the price on the outside of the postal package.

Q – WILL I RECEIVE A PRINTED RECEIPT OR INVOICE?

A – We don’t include a printed receipt or invoice. Your order confirmation email is your receipt.
